That makes sense, and the link is VERY helpful! 🙂 Used the technique on the quilt I have on the longarm right now and it worked like a charm!
Do you think the fabric would have bleed if I had used easy press and a hair dryer instead of an iron? Just trying to avoid the same issue for future clients. It was very disappointing to have it happen, and broke my heart (and the clients) when I had to call and tell her. Just to add to the headache, it bled through the backing when it stitched (cause I wasn’t thinking and continued stitching after I talked to her without letting the fabric dry through). Did my best to cover it up, but wasn’t my usual quality that’s for sure!
Also, I tried adding photos but it seems the forum won’t let me 🙁
