miriammontalvoParticipantHi Diane,
The Lightbar has a located on the inside of the Lightbar housing, not on the outside where you can easily see it. Once you reach inside the bar, you’ll find a small toggle switch that turns the lights on and off.
If you are still having problems finding it, please reach out to Tech Support and they can walk you through it. 🙂
Thanks!
Miriam
miriammontalvoParticipantHi Liesl,
Here’s some information for you.
BFM = Bobbin Full Multiplier
BFC = Bobbin Full CountYou can check the bobbin counter value at any time. To access the Bobbin Count Screen, press M, then A, release M, and then release A. The screen will show the number of counts remaining.
Each time the top thread rotates the signal wheel, the computer reduces the count by one, starting with the Bobbin Full Count (BFC).
Example: 64 → 63 → 62 → 61…When the BFC reaches 0, the Bobbin Full Multiplier (BFM) decreases by one.
Example: 15 → 14 → 13 → 12…Each time the BFM drops, the BFC resets to 64 and begins counting down again. When the BFM reaches 0, an audible alert and flashing red light will notify you to check the bobbin thread amount.
Example sequence:
64 → 63 → 62 … 3 → 2 → 1, BFM becomes 14
64 → 63 → 62 … 3 → 2 → 1, BFM becomes 13
Just keep in mind, it’s not always super accurate because different fill levels, thickness of thread and such can affect how quickly the bobbin thread runs out and the machine doesn’t know any better, it’s basically a fancy timer.
This is why so many of us end up playing “chicken bobbin” — we quilt until the bobbin runs out instead of tracking every count! 😊
miriammontalvoParticipantHi Wanda,
Great job on the quiz! These quizzes are just for fun and don’t officially track in the system.
Let me know if you have any other questions. 😊
Thank you,

miriammontalvoParticipantHi Laura,
Thank you for the suggestion. We’ve made the change so the ruler base plate video is first.
Have a great day!
Thank you!

miriammontalvoParticipantHi Judy, are you using end of set? You can re-do the roll quilt function and try again, just in case you accidentally missed the ‘last sewn point’ on the screen and/or quilt top. Can you include a photo of the CAD screen?

miriammontalvoParticipantHi Joanne,
The information you are looking for is in the E2E Setup video. Edit starts at around 4:45 in the video.

If you want additional information on using deeply nested patterns, we have a paid class available (Unmess the Nest).
Let us know if you need anything further. Have a great day!
