Title: Gallil Error: Hit an obsticle
Post by: Lee Ann Moore on May 04, 2016, 03:41:07 PM
Hi,

I'm getting a gallil error since I loaded CS6. It only happens on the left side and only when I'm doing a king sized quilt. I have checked all the pulleys for thread and did the diagnostic and locked the motors (they didn't budge). It's not hitting anything. I just cancel, restart and away it goes. It's annoying! Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Lee Ann

Hello there,
To remedy this, the first thing I would do is turn everything off and go to the back of the machine head.
You'll see 2 or 3 cables attached there. Unplug them and plug them back in tightly. Then go to the back of your controller and do the same. Sometimes the vibration of the machine can wiggle things loose and cause intermittent issues like this.
If this does not fix the issue, please contact me at statlersupport@gammill.com
Thank you,
