Hi, I'm new to this forum, but have had my Gammill or 10 years.  I purchased a new computer and need to download SAM to attend the Rocky Mountain Conference on Thursday. The store is closed and I can't find the password.  I've gone through the steps andogged in, but I can't find "the folder" with the information to download the password.

Is there a way to load SAM if you do not have a Creative Studio CD.  I have a Precision Stitch CD.

Hi! Yes, you can download an earlier version of CS from the website (same instructions that are posted on the forum) and then install the CS 6.0 upgrade. If you have any problems, please give us a call at 800-659-8224 ext. 2. Thank you!
