Title: Thread Break Sensor Alarm when in manual mode
Post by: kssulli on December 03, 2016, 11:58:28 PM
I have a Gammill Classic Plus and all of a sudden my thread break sensor is alarming almost every time I go  into manual mode.  Everything is cleaned and oiled and and I've rethreaded the machine.  There is no actual thread break.  Any ideas?

I spoke with Gerald in tech support and he advised me to go into setup and up the Manual Thread Break sensor from 10 to 20 and test it out.  He said it can be set as high as 250!!  I will post my results for those of you who may have a problem such as this in the future.

Just a post to state that my quilter is working perfectly with the new manual thread break setting set to 20!  Hooray!
