Juneau is the largest U.S. state capital. Flanked by mountains, tundra and rainforests, it’s basically inaccessible except by air or sea. Here, you can go dog sledding over Medenhall Glacier, prospecting along old mining trails, watch for whales on a charter boat, or sample local cuisine and shopping.
Skagway is an outpost for thrilling Alaskan adventure. Take an old-time street car ride along bustling Broadway Street, get lost in historical reenactments, dog-sled on Laughton Glacier, raft Lynn Canal, hike through the Chilkoot trail, find local artisan paintings, carvings and more.
Endicott Arm & Dawes Glacier
One of Alaska’s lesser-known gems, Endicott Arm Fjord, marks the southern edge of Fords Terror Wilderness area. You will be amazed by the surrounding granite cliffs, mountain valleys and dozens of gushing waterfalls as you drift through its 30-mile long stretch. Standing over 600 feet tall and a half-mile wide, Dawes Glacier is known for its spectacular calving displays, which produce huge, chunky icebergs that float in area waters.
Victoria, British Columbia
One of the oldest cities in the Pacific Northwest, Victoria delivers a delightful blend of romantic British pomp and outdoor Canadian pursuits. Admire Craigdarroch Castle, bike the Galloping Good Regional Trail, explore the vivid floral displays in this “Garden City,” or walk along the boat-lined Inner Harbor, home to Victoria’s most notable landmarks.
What is my Stateroom Number and Reservation Number?
If you and your roommate have each registered for the cruise, you should have received your stateroom number and your reservation number via e-mail.
Stateroom Number: You can view your stateroom on the Ovation of the Seas Deck Plan by clicking here. Use the menu on the right to select the correct deck, indicated by the first digit of your stateroom number.
Reservation Number: Your reservation number is what you will use to book amenities, such as excursions, through the online Cruise Planner. If you and your roommate have each completed online registration and you did not receive this information, please contact ShandiBrinkman@gammill.com.
How do I make payments on the cruise?
If you and your roommate both completed your cruise registration, you should have also received a link to an invoice for your cruise balance. Don’t worry, this is not due until February 2020. However, if you would like to make partial payments along the way, you can use this invoice to do so. You may also mail checks to: Gammill Cruise, 1452 Gibson, West Plains, MO, 65775.
Do I need a passport?
You can use a valid passport to board the ship. OR, U.S. Citizens may use an original or a certified birth certificate AND driver’s license. If you have different names on your documents, such as birth certificate and driver’s license, then you must bridge the difference with other documents, such as marriage license and/or divorce papers. The additional bridging documents must be the original or a certified or notarized copy. Click here for more information.
What food and beverages are included?
There are many complimentary dining options on board. This includes the Windjammer, Solarium Bistro, Sorrento’s, and Main Dining Room, which is where we have a nightly reservation for a sit-down dinner at 5:30 p.m. for all who wish to join. There are specialty dining options on board that come at an additional fee. Here is a link to a complete list separated into complimentary dining options vs. specialty restaurants. Complimentary beverages include tea, coffee, water, milk and, usually, a few other options as well. Drink packages are available for sodas and alcohol or these can be purchased individually. Packages can be purchased through the online Cruise Planner.
How can I book a transfer to or from the airport?
Royal Caribbean does offer airport transfers to the ship on the morning of embarkment. You will book these through Gammill. Transfers are available from Sea-Tac (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport SEA). On arrival day, your plane must be arriving prior to 12:45 p.m. to utilize a Royal Caribbean shuttle. On departure day, your flight must be after 11:45 a.m. to utilize a Royal Caribbean shuttle. The cost of the transfer is $30 each way, per person. To book a transfer, please e-mail email@example.com. The following information is needed: Airline, flight number, departure time, arrival time, city of origin and destination. If you plan to arrival in Seattle prior to June 5, you may still use the shuttle by returning to the airport the morning of June 5.
What time should I arrive at the port?
Check in is from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Port of Seattle. Please note, it is important to arrive prior to 2:30 p.m. All guests must check in at least 90 minutes prior to the 4 p.m. set sail time.

Is travel protection available?
If you would like to purchase travel protection through Royal Caribbean, please message ShandiBrinkman@gammill.com so that it can be added to your invoice. Travel protection must be purchased prior to Feb. 1, 2020. Cost varies by stateroom. Prices are per person but it must be purchased by all stateroom mates to be in effect.
